运行cactus-pangenome的时候报错：
[MainThread] [I] [toil-rt] cactus_consolidated:ERROR: ERROR: Failed to get attribute: partialOrderAlignmentProgressiveMaxRows from cactus XML
问题出在 Cactus 配置文件中缺少 partialOrderAlignmentProgressiveMaxRows 属性。这个属性控制着渐进式比对过程中允许的最大行数，是 Cactus 进行多序列比对时的一个重要参数。
解决方案：
在github上面找到这个文件：cactus_progressive_config.xml
https://github.com/ComparativeGenomicsToolkit/cactus/blob/master/src/cactus/cactus_progressive_config.xml
下载下来，替换掉自己下载的cactus文件夹里面的cactus_progressive_config.xml （一般地址可能在：Python3/lib/python3.8/site-packages/cactus）
或者是安装最新版cactus也可以。
