使用tassel软件对vcf文件排序时出现ERROR net.maizegenetics.plugindef.AbstractPlugin - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: AlleleDepthUtil: depthIntToByte: Can not have negative depth values: -8448

在建树之前的这步对过滤后的vcf文件排序时出现这个报错，哪位大佬知道为啥吗
